Spring Break--Two of Them!

Last week was Spring Break for one of the universities I teach for. This week is another. What have I been doing? Grading the back-log of papers and preparing lessons for the last 8 weeks of school.

Just some of the types of papers I've been grading
One short lesson on how to do some stats in Excel
And I have taken a look at the spring flowers that are blooming...in between wind and dust storms that suddenly seem prevalent in our neck of the woods this year.
I LOVE miniature irises! Next fall, I'll plant more!
I was so happy to see these blooming--‘Tete a Tete’ daffodils--another spring bulb favorite!
I miss ya'all!

  1. Hi Cathryn, glad you stopped work long enough to pop in! I have to say seeing those papers makes me glad there are people like you who understand stats and math. Not my thang. And your flowers are gorgeous. Enjoy them!

  5. Nice to see your head up out of the sea of paperwork that you've been checking, even if it is only for a moment. Looks like quite an all consuming task...however that Excel lesson really interests me. I either need to take a class in it or buy an "Idiot's Guide to Excel" book. Him, I seem to be amassing a small library of "Idiots" books. =O

Iris are one of my favorite flowers, just wish they're blooms would last a longer so that we could enjoy them more.

  9. Love the kitty photo. Nothing more intent looking than an interested cat. My "daughters" are out cold on the tile floor.
